Kefalograviera cheese produced by P.D.O. Orino Voskotopi – (6 months maturation). This is the cheese you may order at a Greek restaurant and is served flambé style called Saganaki. It is made with sheep’s milk and some goat’s milk. To make Saganaki, you cut the cheese and roll it into seasoned flour and lightly fry it. Try it, it’s delicious!
